When criminal history is released, it includes specific details. The data covers the date of arrest, the offense, the county where the incident took place, the arresting agency, and the terms of the sentence. This comes from the state police, not the court. The response is based on name similarity. Fingerprints do not confirm the match.

If the person has no criminal history, the state police will respond that no record exists. No further data is released.
